I am an experienced proofreader and copy-editor working primarily in non-fiction and academic material. Before becoming a professional editor I worked in the field of classical and contemporary music for 30 years. I have had roles as a concert promoter, funder (Arts Council) and freelance music consultant. I ran Belfast Music Society, a professional chamber music organisation, from 2008 to 2021 alongside my editorial work.
